CROSSWAY'S GOALS FOR 2010

1. Ablaze/Faith Sharing Goal:  During 2010 Crossway will have 500 Faith sharing moments with students, young adults and others in the downtown Norfolk Community.  Our Adult Baptism Goal for 2010 is 15.

2. Church Planting Goal:  Crossway will plant a new church or expand into a satellite church that matches the mission of an Urban, Young Adult setting by the end of 2013.

3. Worship Goal:  Crossway will have 50 consistently in worship by the end of the Easter Season 2010 and will have over 75 by the end of 2010

4. College Expansion:  Crossway will establish a small group of at least 10 members in one of the three main campuses in Norfolk by the end of spring 2010.   

5. Activities:  Crossway will plan and execute at least 1 Servant/Evangelism Event and 1 Fellowship/Gathering Event throughout 2010

6.  Discipleship:  Crossway will plan to create by the end of Spring 2010 and execute in the Fall 2010 a New, Interactive Introduction to the Christian Faith. 

7.  Stewardship:  Crossway will plan to create an all-encompassing stewardship program.  By the end of 2010, we plan to grow to at least 15 giving units that worship regularly to increase our income to over $6000 per month.

8.  Homeless Clothing Outreach:  Crossway will have by Fall 2010 shelves full of new sneakers, hats, gloves and coats for those in need.

9. Recording Studio: Crossway will establish a recording facility to help teach, train and produce Christian audio content by Fall 2010.
